SUP Boot Camps
This one hour full body workout on Quinn’s pond is designed to improve overall fitness by strengthening your core (including hips, back and shoulders), sculpting the abdominal muscles and enhancing ones coordination, balance and stability. Add paddling intervals at varied intensity for cardiorespiratory gains without the impact on the body. Paddling also engages your brain and at the same time relaxes your mind, calming and soothing your spirit while you appreciate the outdoors and peacefulness of being on the water. On average SUP burns 500-1000 calories per hour.
