What to wear and other details
Please wear a swim suit or gym shorts and a top that can get wet and allows functional movement. You may wear athletic shoes that can get wet or preferably be barefoot. On cooler days wet suits may be available to rent. A SUP paddle board and paddle are included in class if you do not have your own. Remember to wear sunscreen, hat, sunglasses (with a chum) and bring water to drink.
